Job Description The Position: The Senior Specialist Customer Service role is part of the Cluster Customer Service EEI team focused on providing support to assigned markets within EEI cluster. This role reports to Customer Service Lead. Responsibilities: Senior Specialist Customer Service is working in close cooperation with customers and teams across multiple markets to provide support for: Orders management – responsible for reviewing received orders and adjusting according to internal requirements as well as adjusting quantity and delivery dates in line with available stock, market needs and ordering schedule. Samples orders – responsible for preparation and submission of orders for samples on the applicable markets working closely with customers but also internal stakeholders from other departments providing information and documentation needed. Deliveries – monitoring of delivery creation and shipping of goods according to shipping schedule, communication with customers about expected shipments.
