Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Childcare, Routine & Development (Primary Focus) Lead the afternoon and evening routine for the child, including: School pickup After-school snack and homework support Coordination with tutor as needed Transportation to sports practices and activities Dinner routine and evening wind-down Additional responsibilities include: Creating and maintaining structured routines and weekly schedules Supporting accountability systems such as chore charts or incentive tracking Helping reinforce homework completion and behavioral expectations Encouraging healthy alternatives to short-form media through reading, educational games, and structured activities Helping implement consistent technology boundaries and device expectations Meal preparation will focus on simple, consistent meals and snacks , while gradually introducing healthier options aligned with the child’s sports performance and activity level.
