AVP, Territory Leader (Midwest)

Zurich Insurance is currently hiring an AVP, Territory Leader to work in our Midwest Region with a focus on the Great Lakes territory. In this business-critical position, the AVP, Territory Leader will manage the relationships with our Global, National, and Regional Insurance Brokers and Agents to deliver profitable growth by selling a broad and differentiated suite of commercial insurance solutions. The AVP, Territory Leader will be charged with acquiring detailed knowledge of Zurich’s top trading partners including the brokers’ business models and propositions and creating business plans that optimizes identified opportunities that are in alignment with organizational market basket strategies. In this role, you will be an influential leader by driving the underwriting team towards reaching the area’s financial growth targets by keeping Zurich front of mind with the broker community.
