The purpose of the role is to enable senior leaders to operate at their best by bringing clarity, pace and quality to how the function runs. As Business Manager to the CTO, you will sit close to strategic priorities and day-to-day decision making, shaping outcomes across governance, execution and leadership activity. You will be trusted to apply sound judgement, challenge constructively, and take real ownership for the quality of outputs that support the CTO and their leadership team in a complex, fast-moving environment.
