About the job: The Channel Renewal Specialist is responsible for the on-time renegotiation and execution of renewals processes and contracts and for supporting SAS’s customer retention and renewal strategies. Channel Renewal Specialist will be owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory. They are responsible for creating strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to secure every renewal.
