Job description

Yulista Solutions LLC Regular: Primary Function: A General Aircraft Mechanic performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance according to applicable standards across the NASA fleet of aircraft, simulators, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), and associated payload systems. Comply with all mandated certification requirements, including safety training, guidance on local processes, and general project orientation. Essential Duties: Use NASA’s automated maintenance data system (NAMIS) to maintain equipment records, and document maintenance actions for all repairs to NASA assigned aircraft. Performs maintenance on aircraft, including mechanical systems and/or ground support equipment (GSE). Must be familiar with Engineering Work orders (EWO’s) and be able to complete required instructions in a timely and accurate manner. Remove, disassemble, repair, clean, treat for corrosion, assemble, and reinstall aircraft components and accessories. Practice good housekeeping, tool control, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention in accordance with company and NASA policies and procedures.
