This is about knowing the market better than anyone else, spotting talent where others don't even look, and making top Captains and FOs choose you over any other opportunity. Your profile: - 3-5+ years in aviation recruiting (EASE environment), with proven cockpit hiring success in General Aviation. - A strong direct sourcing track record: you can reach top talent others can't. - Deep understanding of the EASA pilot market: salary, type-rating bonds, benefits, movement patterns. - Ability to negotiate with candidates and secure their commitment. - Hands-on mentality: you thrive on action, results, and building pipelines quickly. - Experience collaborating with Flight OPS and HR and actively participating in interviews and selection.
