Operations Executive - Vodafone Business

Job description

The focus of the Operations Executive role is to work alongside the Leadership and Sales Teams for the processing of sales and onboarding of new customers to Vodafone, ensuring a seamless transition and positive customer experience. The Operations Executive will also support with customer care and after-sales queries to ensure all sales become customers for Vodafone. The Operations Executive will be a champion for the CPM values at all times whilst delivering on-time and professional execution of designated operational activities. The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are: - Process sales orders to ensure all sales submitted by the sales teams are correct and compliant. - Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure all customers are connected to the Vodafone network - Support the Field and Inside sales teams by managing any after-sale customer queries or issues - Take ownership of all post-sale communication with new customers and see through to successful resolution - Build strong working relationships with relevant Vodafone stakeholders to ensure a joined-up approach to customer care and onboarding - Accurately record data and update reporting on all sales from beginning...
