Job description

OVERVIEW: The Technolgy Engineer supports, deploys, and manages the organizations technology assets including infrastructure, network, server, storage, security, and cloud technologies. The position is responsible for maintenance plans of IT infrastructure systems and the overall improvement of user experience, systems security, performance, capacity and reliability. The Technology Engineer will be responsible for a methodical and disciplined approach for the implementation, technical management and lifecycle management of the technology related systems. Additionally, the Technology Engineer is responsible for maintaining the security of the company’s computer systems; ensuring information security following proper security requirements, policies, procedures, measures and systems/resources. The Technology Engineer leverages data, technical, and business knowledge to support the development of technical solutions. This position is involved throughout the project life cycle. The Technology Engineer will maintain a competitive edge through continuous self-development as a core competency and freely share relevant information for the benefit of the entire IT team.
