Description Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) , and owner and operator of over 60+ outpatient imaging center locations in 19 states, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our amazing HR team. This position is: · Full-time, Salaried, Exempt · Benefits Eligible · Hybrid - 75% remote + work-from-home, however, training and weekly meetings will take place at our corporate office, therefore candidates must live within commuting distance to Franklin, TN . Under the guidance of our HR Director, our HR specialist will support 60+ outpatient imaging center locations in 19 states (and growing). HR functions in this role are largely focused on the beginning of the employee life cycle including recruiting, job posting, pre-employment processing, orientation and onboarding while providing ongoing support to employees throughout the remainder of the employee life cycle.
