Adroit Advanced Technologies, Inc. Reporting in-person to the Houston office OR remote. ADROIT provides alternative student transportation through our network of service providers. The Director of Business Development is a senior, results-driven leader responsible for accelerating ADROIT revenue growth through new client acquisition, market expansion, renewals, and organic growth initiatives. This is a playercoach role requiring hands-on selling while building and scaling a high-performing team. We’re looking for a leader who is restless about growth, competitive in the market, and uncomfortable with missed opportunities. This role is expected to personally drive and close significant new business, build scalable sales pipelines, and partner closely with Operations to ensure growth is profitable, operationally sound, and sustainable. This position is designed as a feeder role to Vice President of Business Development, with advancement tied directly to measurable growth outcomes, leadership effectiveness, and execution excellence.
