Job description

In this role, you will provide a wide range of franchise and Consumer Packaged Goods (“CPG”) legal advice, counseling and support services to Inspire Brands’ diverse portfolio of worldwide brands in its quest to be the premier operator and franchisor of choice across restaurant categories. RESPONSIBILITIES: Legal Franchise Responsibilities: Responsible for providing guidance and counsel with respect to applicable international laws, regulatory matters and organizational policies and procedures Handle transactional matters such as negotiations and preparation of a variety of franchise and CPG-related agreements Ensure compliance with franchise-related agreements (defaults and terminations), policies and procedures Preparation and review of franchise sales and development materials such as the renewal and amendment of Franchise Disclosure Documents, review and consultation of development advertising, franchise presentations, training and other franchise communications Assist portfolio Franchise Operations and Development teams with franchise deals, issues and reporting responsibilities General Responsibilities: Act as liaison between the legal and internal business teams, including a...
