This Practice Group will provide the Department clear and consistent advice and counsel on general administrative matters, statutory/regulatory interpretations, legislative analysis, rule drafting and legal subject matter experts regarding agency substantive duties. This position is responsible for providing statutory/regulatory interpretations and guidance to assigned agency programs. Prepares programmatic legislative analyses and legal reviews.
