Job Description Summary: Basic Function: Execute traffic functions with maritime/air lines and carriers, local trucking companies, internal departments and external agencies to assure each shipment is dispatched on time and in compliance with the global transportation standards. Responsible to assure shipments documentation and cargo follow the Company policies/procedures and the transportation regulations mode requirements (DOT, IATA and IMDG). Requirements: Education: Bachelor Degree, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Material Management. Fully Bilingual (English – Spanish). Experience: Five or more years of experience in Traffic, Shipping, and/or Logistic functions. Experience working with maritime/air lines and inland carriers, forwarders and brokers. Experienced with SAP systems and Microsoft programs. Knowledge and experience with the FTSR (Foreign Trade Statistics Regulations) reports and the domestic regulations a rule (CFR-49). Up to date DOT, IMDG, IATA courses and certifications.
