Overview Role Summary: The Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in designing and delivering competitive, compliant, and business-aligned compensation programs, with a strong emphasis on sales compensation plans. This role also supports broad-based compensation, annual salary programs, and other incentive compensation initiatives, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to drive performance and results. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead sales compensation programs, including plan design, modeling, analysis, and ongoing administration, while also supporting broad-based and incentive compensation initiatives across the organization - Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and business leaders to deliver compensation solutions aligned to business goals, sales strategies, and talent needs - Analyze and interpret market data, pay trends, and internal compensation metrics to provide data-driven recommendations and ensure competitive and cost-effective programs - Design and deliver compensation training and education for HR and leaders, including formal presentations and materials on compensation philosophy, plans, and best practices - Ensure compliance with fe...
