Overview Package Pavement is looking for an experienced Fabricator to work in many facets. Salary Range: $24/hr - $28/hr: Responsibilities: - Disassembles, reassembles machinery, equipment, etc. Welds together metal components on machinery, equipment, conveyors, crushing equipment, hoppers, screening equipment. Using proper procedures and SAFE practices. - Cuts and fits parts for assembly of new machinery and repair of old using proper equipment. - Weld and cut using oxygen/acetylene process. - Work with and maintain welding equipment, portable welders, oxygen/acetylene torches, portable grinders, hand tools. - Maintain welding truck. Including regular service intervals, repairing mechanical components. - Availability to work off hours to cover production requirements. - To make suggestions to improve processes and equipment. - Other duties assigned. Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED Required - Trade school or steel erection background. - Two-Five year work experience in similar position. - Technical school training in Welding - Clean MVR Required with Insurance - Must have reliable car for everyday use - No fear of heights. - Ability to wear respirators when necessary - Un...
