Determine and follow eligibility guidelines according to program policies and procedures. - Manage intake process including all required supportive file documentation. Enter and maintain relevant applicant information in the online records database ensuring online files are timely, accurate and complete. - Provide and maintain all required documentation and releases of information to outside agencies that support the beneficiary file (probation, parole, courts, etc.). - Complete reservations initiated by alternate program staff in support of 24/7 intakes. - Follow-up on applicants who are referred to detox or other community partners as a part of their rehabilitation plan p...
