Overview HealthPro Heritage has a great Part-time or PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Opportunity in Trumbull, CT. - Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Connecticut. - Setting: Providing Outpatient services to the residents of an Assisted Living/Memory Care community.
