Description YOUR PURPOSE: The Business Development Manager leads and develops Horizon's Community Development efforts, directly managing Community Development representatives across our four-state footprint, enabling consistent and high-quality support to branch managers and regional retail leadership. This role also partners with community development, marketing, and retail leadership on strategy and contributes to building the frameworks and metrics that will guide the team's work going forward. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Team Development & Training: - Train, coach, and develop the Community Development Administrators on business development methodology, tools, and best practices, building consistent and effective execution across all regions - Support the Community Development Administrators on the delivery of financial education, implementation of our robust volunteer program, and community outreach activities. - Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and accountability for the team; set objectives, support performance development, and ensure team members have what they need to execute business development responsibilities in their markets Business Development: - Build and mai...
