Customer Trainer – Airborne Systems

Join us and experience our supportive and friendly workplace.: Your role: As an Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) Mission System Trainer, you will play a key role in developing next-generation AEW&C products. Your main responsibility is to plan, prepare, implement, and evaluate training courses for the customer's radar operators and/or radar technicians. This may involve leading one or more courses and will require international travel. You will be essential in strengthening our customer's ability to operate GlobalEye (Saab's airborne surveillance system) and contribute to the future development of the mission system by reporting observations and proposing improvements. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships—both in Sweden and abroad—is a central part of the role. As part of our team, you will collaborate across departments, from systems engineering to human factors specialists, to optimize system performance and create user-friendly interfaces.
