Job Description The position: The Senior Specialist, Corporate Commercial Real Estate is responsible for assisting the Global Real Estate Lead in strategic planning, acquisition, leasing, and management of the organization’s commercial property portfolio. This role oversees end‑to‑end real estate lifecycle activities—including site evaluation, negotiations, financial modeling, project delivery, and asset optimization—to ensure alignment with business goals, operational needs, and long‑term value creation. The Senior Specialist collaborates closely with Facilities, Finance, Legal, and external partners to deliver high‑impact real estate solutions across the portfolio. Responsibilities: 1.
