We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance. Role Overview: This Bilingual (English/French) role is responsible for evaluating and underwriting financial risks by analyzing financial statements and overall health of a loan. It involves assessing the financial health of properties, borrowers, and guarantors, and advising the credit team on repayment capacity and credit risk using financial ratios, occupancy rates, and market data. The position supports commercial loan execution through ensuring compliance with documentation standards based on CMCH requirements. It also includes conducting due diligence, affordable rent tracking, and leveraging financial tools for portfolio analysis. Being a part of MFR Enablement, the role requires strategic communication and continuous process improvement.
