This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Deputy Director - E11F: Annual Salary $105,000.00 + Full State Employee Benefits Minimum Qualifications: - Master’s degree and five years of professional experience. - OR Bachelor’s degree and six years of professional experience. - OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education. Job Duties: *Leadership position that directs and oversees multi-comprehensive Child Welfare Programs, which includes Child Protective Services, Permanency Planning, Family Centered Services, Quality Assurance, OK Successful Adulthood, Tribal, Policy, Child Abuse & Neglect Hotline, and Training. *Collaborates with Child Welfare leadership, the executive team, and other Deputy Directors; communicating strategies and plans to staff. *Evaluates the effectiveness of Child Welfare Programs procedures and processes and develops and implements any necessary changes.
