To future‑proof our Real Estate Finance product landscape, we are looking for a Product Lead who combines strong product leadership with deep affinity for data science, model development and regulatory-driven environments . In this role, you translate ING’s strategy into scalable, data‑driven and compliant digital products that leverage analytical models, advanced reporting and emerging GenAI capabilities to support decision‑making, risk management and regulatory transparency.
