Citizens’ Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) organization is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a primary focus related to all aspects of Business Banking customer portfolio management and enabling data-driven insights to support strategic objectives. Job Description: You will support data-driven decision-making processes, provide strategic insights, and collaborate with business stakeholders and other team members. You will use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis. Primarily, work independently with collaboration across other functional teams to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify process improvement opportunities. You will be a key player in providing insights that directly impact our business strategies through complex analysis and 'big picture' thinking.
