Dealer Trainee

Job description

This student dealer will not be working on the gaming floor and will not be permitted in any restricted areas. In addition, the student dealer must demonstrate superior service skills by displaying energetic behaviors, maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, create positive energy with gestures and sustain enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Additionally, the student dealer must build relationships by greeting students and instructors with a warm, friendly verbal greeting, cooperate with other trainees when assigned to the same game (Craps) and be able to stand for extended periods of time. Bending mobility is required. Must be able to speak fluently and understand English. - Consistently display upbeat and positive attitude.
