Job Summary: The Director, Generation Services GPO / COAL is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of engineering and outage support services for the coal-fired and natural gas fired boiler (Gas Plant Operations aka GPO) assets within ERCOT, PJM, and MISO markets. This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant operations while driving performance, cost efficiency, and alignment with Vistra business objectives.
