Marketing Specialist Department: Corporate/Administrative: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Denver, CO: Description: Unmatched Comp Time Policy : Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO. Horrocks is seeking a highly motivated marketer with experience in the AEC industry. This person will support all disciplines for our Colorado operations with some regional support as needed. Working in a team environment as a part of the Colorado office and our corporate marketing team, this person will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts, which primarily consists of proposal management and production and supporting Colorado’s business development activities. Duties generally include proposal strategy and production, providing graphic/multimedia support for proposals and pursuit efforts, developing and maintaining marketing data and materials, supporting business development efforts, and client interview preparation.
