Position Summary The Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting LGWIS Employee Benefits clients—particularly self-funded and captive accounts—by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role analyzes employee benefit plan data to evaluate financial performance, identify trends and risks, and support data-driven decision-making. This position partners closely with Account Management, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and meaningful reporting. The Data Analyst also develops client-focused recommendations and communicates insights effectively to diverse audiences, including leadership, HR, finance teams, and benefit committees. This is an evolving role that adapts to industry changes, client needs, and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex data into clear, impactful insights. This position is a hybrid-based role out of Billings or Helena, Montana and you must be able to work in office.
