This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless benefit change related implementations and client day-to-day operational excellence. You will work in close partnership with the client’s Progyny Client Success Manager, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive outcomes and elevate the client experience. Client Operational Ownership & Strategic Partnership Serve as the primary post-launch lead for clients, ensuring continuity and alignment across client onboarding, client success, revenue cycle management and member services. Demonstrate thought leadership and initiative by driving best practices, influencing client benefit change implementation strategy, and proactively solving complex challenges.
