About the role: In this role, you will join the AutoStore Sphere team : a small, agile, and collaborative team focused on delivering AutoStore’s unified, AI-powered external experience. Our mission is to create a single, personalized platform where partners and customers can manage their entire lifecycle with AutoStore, from presales to post-sales, while seamlessly connecting with their own tools and data. We are looking for someone who can combine elements of a Scrum Master, Change Manager, and Business Analyst , while also being comfortable stepping in wherever needed. You will work across the full development value chain—from understanding business needs and shaping solutions to supporting implementation and adoption. The ideal candidate is versatile, proactive, and eager to contribute to the team’s success. This role is also a strong starting point for junior professionals looking to build a broad skill set and grow quickly in a dynamic environment.
