Description Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full sales cycle for agricultural irrigation projects - from lead identification to negotiation, closing, and follow‑up. - Work directly with farmers, agricultural enterprises, and Netafim distributors to promote Netafim solutions. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand the customer base through proactive market outreach. - Conduct field visits, assess customer needs, and provide professional guidance. - Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements in alignment with company targets and pricing policy. - Track leads, maintain an updated pipeline, and ensure timely follow‑up to maximize conversion. - Collaborate with technical, agronomy, customer service, and supply chain teams to support project execution. - Monitor competitors and market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and represent Netafim’s values and standards in the market. - Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates for management.
