The Training & Development Manager will oversee the organization's employee learning programs, working to enhance skills and align workforce performance with strategic goals. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. You will partner with leadership to align learning initiatives with the company's strategic goals, ensuring the workforce remains competitive, compliant, and continuously evolving.
