Overview Hayward Holdings Inc. is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment globally, with a growing presence in the commercial pool market. For over 100 years, Hayward has designed and manufactured innovative pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation, and energy-efficient solutions. We are seeking a Master Planner to join our manufacturing operations team in Clemmons, NC. This role is responsible for developing and executing the facility’s master production plan , ensuring alignment with customer demand, ERP systems, and operational capacity. The Master Planner plays a critical role in driving production efficiency, inventory optimization, and cross-functional alignment across the plant. Responsibilities: - Develop, manage, and communicate the master production schedule to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time order fulfillment - Align production plans with ERP (D365 preferred) and ensure accuracy of scheduling parameters - Monitor and reconcile daily production schedules, identifying and resolving gaps - Lead planning visibility across key metrics including backlog, bookings, open orders, backorders, and schedule attain...
