Job description

The Manager, Banner Development is responsible for improving the performance and expansion of the company’s bannered store network. This role focuses on building strong relationships with store owners and supplier partners, maintaining brand integrity, and optimizing store profitability. The Manager of Banner Development ensures alignment with corporate objectives while supporting local store success and driving strategic growth through customized action plans and regional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Network Expansion - Develop and execute a national strategy for store expansion, relocations, and consolidations. - Conduct market analysis to identify underserved regions and high-potential growth areas. - Collaborate with finance and operations to build business cases for new locations.
