POSITION OVERVIEW: The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist performs accounts payable and receivable functions for the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, collections and reporting to support financial operations and the overall business. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounts Payable (AP) 75% of Role: - Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Review and match purchase orders to invoices, resolving discrepancies as necessary. - Prepare and process weekly/monthly payments to vendors, ensuring timely disbursements. - Monitor and track outstanding payables and assist with cash flow management. - Reconcile vendor statements, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies or issues. - Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts payable transactions. - Assist in the preparat...
