Job Description Responsible for leading, providing direction, and supervising a team of production personnel in order to meet or exceed safety, quality, customer experience and cost control objectives. Actively supports and provides feedback to manufacturing personnel to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices. Schedules necessary staff to meet schedule demands and directly performs in a hands-on production job function as required. Pay range $70,000 - $80,000 Job Responsibilities & Requirements: What You Will Do: Responsibilities - Lead and ensure safety compliance in the assigned area and in accordance with company requirements and best practices. - Ensure compliance with quality assurance programs including physically checking production and assisting with machine set-ups. - Consistently lead teams and engage in hands-on production work as required to meet production and/or shipping goals to meet or exceed customer demand. - Monitor inventory levels necessary to complete production schedules and report discrepancies and additional requirements as necessary. - Direct, assist and evaluate team members on both daily and long term requirements and goals....
