Job Description Summary Responsible to develop innovative solutions to deliver Customer outcomes and drive growth while managing company risk/reward. Partner with operations team to help drive inventory analytics, manage inventory & payable metrics, and help drive business outcomes. Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Partner with Sourcing teams across Avionics, Power US and UK and the Military IPT for Defense, ultimately supporting the D&S Sourcing GM to drive optimal business performance (Quality, Delivery, Cost & Cash). - Support deal underwriting for commercial agreements with supply base & manage ongoing financial performance of deals, providing advice and direction where needed - Responsible for financial support on deal underwriting, supplier/contract management, and cost/cash optimization projects. - Responsible for the financial evaluations of make buy transitions across the various sites within D&S. - Own monthly close reporting of finance related metrics for So...
