TITLE: Forklift Driver A POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position reports to the Cartoning Supervisor. The position is responsible for movement and necessary inventory control functions associated with physically moving Work in Progress (WIP), raw materials, supplies, and Finished Good Inventory (FGI) throughout the facility. A primary focus is to be maintained on assigned responsibilities of safely moving and distributing materials from one location to another and will be involved in the process of extracting and loading material to be transported. This position will require reading work orders and following oral instructions to ascertain materials to be moved, loaded and unloaded from trailers and containers. QUALIFICATIONS: - Knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory control. - Good organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks. - Ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift. - Good communication skills. - Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive...
