Job description

The Performance team generates insights on the force’s performance by building Qlik dashboards, analysing force data and providing information to support the force’s governance and assurance processes. The post-holder will use various analytical techniques to assess and interpret organisational and operational data, identifying trends or making recommendations for action. Performance Analysts will collaborate with other analysts in the Corporate Development team, as well as other functions, to ensure a holistic analytical service is provided to the business. The Performance Analyst will work with Performance Support Officers to provide the Performance Manager with accurate, evidenced information that informs the Force position on its overall service delivery. Together the team will monitor performance, flag up performance challenges and support business areas to produce materials required to inform governance discussions in order to improve performance or share good practice.
