This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships. In this role, you'll: Manage a portfolio of complex, high‑value technology contracts across their entire lifecycle, from early category planning and sourcing through to commercial performance management, dispute resolution and renewal. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end sourcing process by shaping commercial strategies, drafting and reviewing contract schedules, negotiating terms, allocating risk appropriately and assessing value‑for‑money outcomes. You will work closely with cross‑functional project teams to provide expert commercial advice on pricing structures, contract risk, benchmarking, probity requirements and commercial governance. You’ll collaborate with Technology, Finance, Legal and sourcing managers to ensure commercial outcomes support business needs and align with the Contract Management Framework.
