Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care within an assigned department or unit Collaborates as part of the health care team under the direction of the clinical manager or designee Adheres to the Standards and Scope of Practice for Registered Nurses Performs all aspects of the nursing process: Assesses, analyzes, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care Follows established Legacy Health System standards, including Patient assessment protocols & patient transfer procedures Education: Experience: Skills: - As required by licensure. - BSN or degree in progress strongly preferred. - BSN may be required for specific assignments. - Experienced RNs without a BSN may be hired based on clinical experience with approva...
