Come Join an exciting new swim school as our Lead Swim Instructor! Responsibilities would include: This position would start as a part-time position with an emphasis on teaching swim classes. As the business grows, there’s potential opportunity to transition to full time. Requirements: - Reports to and communicates directly with the Aquatics Director or Manager - Work a flexible schedule that may include holidays and weekends as required by business needs and as requested by management - Be correctly dressed in British Swim School uniform and prepared pool-side at least 15 minutes before the start of your first lesson - Engagement with children/swimmers while smiling, singing, and having fun while teaching lessons - Disciplined to follow schedules and enforce safety procedures as well as follow policies, teaching techniques and procedures of British Swim School - Using your training to teach these techniques to all new swim instructors that join our program with an emphasis on survival skills - Observing classes and per...
