Night Auditor – Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel Position Summary: The Night Auditor position is responsible for the management of nightly hotel operations, posting and balancing charges and settlements for room, restaurant, and outlet daily work. Although the Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel (SEWPH) is an enterprise of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan, it operates under the Migizi Economic Development Company Policies and Procedures. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Train, reinforce, and model behaviors and actions that are aligned with the Migizi Guest Service standards and philosophies. - Performs the responsibilities of the Guest Service Representative (GSR) and Lead when necessary. - Audits and posts transactions for the hotel, Water Park, golf course, restaurant, outlets, and extended stay lodging. - Determines cash amounts and credit card amounts to be added into the Point of Sale. - Reconciles gift cards, promotional coupons, and special packages. - Closes daily amounts for checks, credit cards, and Point of Sale system. - Balances and audits for accuracy room, food and beverage, retail, and miscellaneous revenue. - Prepares detailed reports on au...
