ABOUT THE ROLE: Daylesford Organic, Pimlico a beautifully curated organic store offering fresh produce delivered daily from our farm, alongside a welcoming café serving seasonal dishes and food to go. As a Retail Team Leade r at Daylesford Organic, you will play a key role in leading the shop floor team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will inspire and motivate the team through hands-on leadership, product knowledge and a passion for outstanding service. Through strong operational standards, attention to detail and a commitment to quality, sustainability and conscious living, you will help bring the Daylesford ethos to life for every customer.
