Business Application Analyst

Job description

Summary of Essential Functions: - This individual will provide application systems support and be responsible for collaborating with systems business/clinical personnel and serve as technical resources to identify, analyze, prioritize, and resolve system needs; use cases, workflow and metrics to configure, maintain and monitor system use. - Provide suggestions for potential application modifications, enhancements or business process changes as appropriate. Educational Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - University degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related subject preferred, not required. Work experience may be considered as substitute for degree - Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Licensure and Certifications: - Must obtain and keep current all certifications required to support assigned applications.
