We are looking for a Bilingual Training Coordinator who thrives in hands on settings and enjoys helping teams succeed from day one. The Bilingual Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting onboarding, continuous training, and performance development for hourly and salaried team members. This role partners closely with Operations, EHS, and Leadership to ensure training programs are delivered effectively and consistently across all shifts.
