Department: INBOUND Day/Shift: Weekend Days: (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 6:00am to completion - INBOUND - Extra days/hours required based on volume. Salary range: $55,000/year to $63,000/year: The Supervisor is a key frontline leader responsible for day-to-day execution of distribution and/or transportation operations within an assigned facility or satellite area. This role ensures outstanding service to internal and external customers, including third-party partners/carriers, by maintaining strong communication, conducting regular customer visits, and may include actively supporting business growth through sharing sales leads with the sales team. The Supervisor builds and leads a high-performing team by modeling the company’s 5Cs (Commitment, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and Customer Focus) and by coaching associates to consistently achieve quality, safety, and productivity goals.
