Regional Business Office Manager The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Business Officer Manager who is ready to who is ready to move beyond the basics. 1. Training & Mentorship You aren't just a supervisor; you are an educator. You’ll be responsible for taking new Business Office Managers (BOMs) and teaching them the in's and out's of the Business Office's role in the revenue cycle. Also, assist in training current Business office managers on new policies. 2. Auditing & Compliance This role acts as the "safety net" for the company’s compliance and revenue. 3. Financial Clean-up (The "Fixer") If the facility does not have a BOM or a building falls behind, you step in as the Acting BOM. Technical Skills You’ll Need To excel here, you need more than just general accounting knowledge.
