The Opportunity: As a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partner, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our people. Working within our Customers and Corporate team, you’ll help us deliver An Electric Britain by ensuring health, safety, wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll use your understanding of key UK Health & Safety legislation such as the Health and Safety at Work Act etc. Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, and relevant ACOPs to support leaders in meeting their legal duties and driving a strong safety culture. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and attend our offices in London when necessary. You’ll collaborate with leaders and teams to identify risks, implement improvements and share best practice. From policy development to hands-on guidance, you’ll make sure our people go home safe – physically and mentally.
